Character room, good size with everything you would need. There were a few things that needed refreshing but it was all fine for a short stay. The breakfast was really good, hot and well presented with good coffee/tea. Good value for money and good location for many places to visit.

Room was very spacious for a single with an ensuite, plus bed was ultra comfy. Lovely little hidden gem and also the breakfast was a good body warmer and hearty stomach filler for a cold Friday morning in December. Will be back to stay here if I’m in the locality

Excellent stay in this beautiful pub. The heart of England staff were very helpful and polite. The room was warm and clean and had everything you needed, the beds were very comfatable . The hotel was very close to the wedding venue that I was attending, only a three minute drive. The breakfast in the morning was lovely. Would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. Thank you all for a lovely stay xx.
