Location! Great view and literally just across the street from the beach. Clean and comfortable, except for the beds - please invest in new ones! The kitchen area was good, but very basic as far as pots, etc - but who’s cooking! The unit could use a bit of a refresh, and the cable never worked, but all in all we’d stay there again
