Lovely location disappointed with room

The room needed sprucing up . Wall behind bed needed painting along with the bathroom door . Taps had parts missing and sink was cracked . Rubber bathmat needed replacing . Location was good .

We booked the Royal Victoria for it's closeness to the Snowdon Railway, I don't think it was even 300 yds, excellent. Breakfast was buffet style and I have no complaints about the food, it was brilliant. Unfortunately, our train was only allowed up half way because of storm "Amy", however while on our way home we decided to look around the slate lake and people were queuing for the Summit trip, so, my wife went and booked another trip to the summit, we couldn't see anything when we got to the top because of the mist and so windy, but, we did it :-) We will book the hotel and summit trip next year when the weather isn't going to be an issue!!!

What a lovely place - pleasant staff, easy check in, clean room.. breakfast was tasty with a view and we were able to leave the car there to go on the snowdon train on check out day.. convenient location… well recommended
