Originally part of the Fort Wilderness Resort in Central Florida, the cabin’s wood-paneled walls, open layout, and cozy atmosphere bring back that sense of nostalgia, while thoughtful upgrades add modern comfort. Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms plus a pullout sofa to sleep up to six, a full bathroom with tub and shower, and a fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and all the cooking essentials you might need. The open living and dining area is perfect for game nights, puzzles, and evening movie marathons, and the unit includes a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and central air with ceiling fans. But what makes this cabin truly special are the meaningful, memory-making touches you won’t find anywhere else. Guests love our interactive Disney pin-trading board, the “Hiya Pal, Where Ya From?” map where you can pin your hometown, and the curated collection of Disney popcorn buckets that line the shelves. We’ve stocked bookshelves with Disney classics and family favorites, added games like Uno and Sorry, and included photo-worthy nooks throughout the home to help you capture special moments. This is a place built for stories and laughter. Step outside and you’ll find your own peaceful haven on the canal. The backyard features a fire pit with cozy seating, Adirondack chairs for morning coffee, and a great view of the water. Our kids love fishing for tilapia and bass right from the backyard, and you might spot herons, turtles, or even an otter passing through. The canal is also perfect for launching a kayak or paddleboard if you bring one along. Ohana Lodge is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood close to everything Southwest Florida has to offer. Within 30 to 45 minutes, you can explore some of the most beautiful beaches in the country. Siesta Key Beach, with its powdery white sand and turquoise water, is just 35 minutes away. Boca Grande offers old Florida charm and stunning shoreline about 40 minutes away. Englewood Beach is a local favorite for shelling and sunsets, while Venice offers boutique shopping, restaurants, and a charming pier.
