Gorgeous house with a pool in North Port, FL! House is located in the heart of the city, just 15 minutes to Warm Mineral Springs Park and 24 miles from one of Florida's best beaches and fishing places, less than 10 minutes to the water park and golf club. Close by Publix grocery store and Walmart. Our house is 1500 sq. ft. of living space. Fully Furnished. Three bedrooms and 7 sleeps. 70" Smart TV in a bright living room. Large kitchen with a huge eating area equipped with stainless steel appliances, toaster, microwave, and coffee machine. High ceiling, ceramic tiles, and hard floor, no carpet. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer, two cars garage. Pool heating is available for only $20/day! There is something for everyone, you won't be disappointed!
