It was perfect for our needs. We needed one night stay for our trip to AZ. We had one dog and a cat and loved that it was carpet free and clean, and no extra fees for them. It was very convenient walking across the street to dine out too. We would definitely be back.

Fantastic day staff were great. I had made some request to my room and it was as I expected, which was great. The room was comfortable and modern and very clean. All good.

If you just need a place to sleep, this newish hotel with do the trick for the right price. Amenities are scarce, but it was clean and quiet. You can walk to the Peg Leg Brewery for a nightcap.

The listed I reserved indicated the room had a fridge and microwave. When I checked in I was placed on the third floor, I had requested ground, and the room had no microwave. I went back to the desk to get a different room with a microwave and was told NONE of the rooms have them? Then why is the room I reserved and paid for saying that the room has a microwave. The front desk person said there is a microwave in the lobby that is for everyone. Except now I'm on the third floor and expected to run down to the lobby in my PJ's to use the microwave? Very disappointed. The property is brand new BUT the lay out of the rooms and the thought put into the placement of the doors is way off. The door to the bath is HUGE, at least it was in the room I was given. The room was not listed as accessible for wheelchairs and the rest room was not set up for a disabled person. If you opened the door to the bath, it opened OUT into the room and blocked the light switched by the door AND also blocked the door itself. When I made my multiple trips to the microwave and returned to the room I wasn't able to get the room door to open due to the bathroom door hooked up on the latch the keeps the room door from being opened in you are in the room. HUGE safety issue. The room was super small, with very limited placed to put personal items. I'll not stay here again.

Pros: Cheap and exactly what we paid for. Staff let us switch rooms after a hornet was found in our first one. Cons: A hornet was found in our first room. There was a man who was standing on top of his car in the parking lot screaming. Also a man repeatedly knocked on neighbors door for about 20 minutes at 4:00 AM. Overall, probably exactly what I paid for.
