Arrived late at night, a disabled woman alone with a service dog, had to wait a long time to check in and was given a room in the older building that had not been updated and was at the end of the property and very dark. The room had an odor and I didn’t even want to take a shower due to the lack of cleanliness of the bathroom. The man who checked me in was rude and the parking lot on that end was scary and filled with workers trucks, trailers etc not the Best Western standards I’m used to.

We were only there for a few short hours, and rested well before the last leg of our journey. We were especially grateful for the grab and go breakfast since we had to leave before normal serving hours. It was plenty of food to last.

The property was good. Our issue was when checking in. We had booked it through Expedia. When we checked in the front desk asked for a credit card. This is usually done just for incidentals. I soon discovered they billed me for the room I had already paid for through Expedia. We went down to the front desk with the issue. They looked it up and said the charge for the hotel was cancelled and it will not be charged to my credit card. Today I checked and the charge went through. So I now have two charges for the same room. I am currently working with the Expedia to resolve this.
