Kennth at the desk was great. Had no air-conditioning in the first room. He didn’t question it. He got me another room right away. But was unable to sign onto the Wi-Fi, which was a little frustrating and the TV didn’t work. The room also had an odd smell to it.

They had a firewall against laptops in the rooms. Actually an insane and crazy person thing to do. Whoever the owner of this property is they have serious issues. Besides that it's still a terrible property.

There were roaches, the night clerk had a palette and was actually sleeping on the floor next to the telephone in the window. The bed would not stay on the square that they have the mattress on, and it was sliding, there was also no breakfast other than chunk.Food and old coffee was very disappointed after spending five hundred and twenty dollars per two nights will not do that again

I did not feel like the ratings for this hotel were consistent with what I experienced. Certainly not what I expected from a Wyndham hotel. The staff at the desk did his job, I was given a card key and signed a paper. The checkout staff was polite and friendly. The room was meh…the bathroom is in desperate need of attention. The bed itself was fairly comfortable.

Room was passable. Mostly clean, but gobs of hair rolling on floors and in the shower. Staff barely spoke or acknowledged your presence. Had one person continue to text on her phone when I went to the counter with a question. Eventually, she sighed and looked up and said "yes?". Not one staff person was friendly. They all acted like we were a bother. I generally don't make these kind of reviews, but ....
