We had an amazing stay at the Westin Reserva Conchal. I love that the hotel is designed around nature instead of above it. The howler monkeys swinging around the trees were a nice surprise. The amenities are great, and the dining experiences were also excellent. Everything about the facility was top-notch, but what takes it from great to amazing were the people. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. You could tell that they took pride in their work and genuinely prioritized the guest experience. 10/10 recommend.
