When we walked in to check in, no one was at the desk. I was greeted by a gentleman, said I was checking in. Saw a sign on counter saying the hot tub and pool were closed. I said that is the reason I picked this place, and I even called ahead of time to see if they were open. So I was mot happy about that. The bed in our room had stains on the mattress pad, and talked to a man at the front desk he said they would change it. They did not change it. There was mold on the wall in the room. The staff was not very friendly at all. I don't know what happened to this place, but I used to love staying here. Definitely will be looking for a new place to stay.

The gentleman who was tending the breakfast room on Saturday was great. He was attentive and friendly. In fact we overheard another customer say he was "the magical old man who brings you eggs."

The pool and hot tub not working the website didn’t state that we have adults with disabilities and this is one of the reasons we come here! Also only one staff doing breakfast older Gentleman who did a great job but not hard on him and us customers!! The staff are always pleasant there should be a reimbursement on the stay we were there 2 nights if it wasn’t a 3 hr drive home we would have left!! Nit sure I’ll be back and that’s sad we’ve been here every year for the past 4 years!
