Even though the property is under construction, we were not bothered by it at all! We loved this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.! We came for my fiance's birthday and the oceanfront room was just what we needed. We loved that it was pet friendly, close to the beach and all the fun of downtown Seaside. We had one small issue with the people smoking on their balcony next to us, but that was quickly resolved by the front desk staff. Thanks again guys!

They screwed up our billing & charged us a day early, our room was freezing cold, the faucet for the bathtub didn’t work, there was only cold water in the shower, & there was constant noise (banging , stomping, running) from the room above us. I tried to call the front desk to complain while it was happening & they never answered the phone. We ended up having to sleep in our car in order to get any sleep. Completely ruined my birthday weekend.

The hotel was u see construction during our stay but that was the least of my concerns. I did not receive room service during our stay even though I specifically requested it. The hairdryer was broke thank goodness I brought mine. Television service was in and out of service. I was really Loki g forward to my view and to listen to the ocean during our stay. However the upper floors are above the ventilation for the restaurant so that is all you hear. I luckily brought my own coffee pods as well as like I mentioned no room service. The staff was friendly and informative. The fireplaces were turned off during our stay for construction purposes, not mentioned while booking. I was here for my anniversary wanted a romantic atmosphere. Would not stay here again.

Half of the hotel is under renovation. The other half normal operation. My favorite location to stay at because of parking and balcony view is amazing. Food and drinks are close to you need to drive anywhere.

This property will be gorgeous when construction is complete. We had a confirmed check in time of 12 pm. The front desk girl argued with me said it was based on availability. I showed her the message stating it was confirmed then she threatened to cancel our reservation. We didn’t get to check in until 4. The front desk is lousy customer service. They are hardly at the front desk always had to wait for someone to show up.
