We stayed in the one bedroom with full kitchen and jetted tub at site #2. Staff was amazing! Always very helpful and gracious. Location was in the middle of town. It was great walk to restaurants and shops. Beach was only a couple houses away. At night & early morning I could hear the ocean. It was awesome. Only draw back for us is that we couldn’t stay another week 😉

Room was super clean, good job to the house keeping team! Check in was not what I expected. Office and the room building are not in the same complex (2-3 blocks apart), I found it very inconvenient especially I needed to ask something.

The staff was very accommodating and efficient when we needed help with the room at one point. Cottage #21 door / lock does need some fixing, it’s tough to unlock from either side. The room with the kitchen was smaller than i expected but it worked..

We were very impressed with the room, amenities, and staff friendliness. It is also a great location in Cannon Beach as it is close to both central and downtown and the beach!

There was a something that appeared like mold on the roof of our cottage #18. This was on the roof above the door. The window curtain was very light and the light from the fountain area was going through our room. We prefer total dark room. There was marks on pillowcase and bedding that suggested not clean. Otherwise, everything else was great. I think those two should be changed given this place is rated 4 stars.

When the power went out on Thanksgiving Day, the front office wasn't in contact. You got the feeling they were crossing their fingers and hoping it would be restored before sunset. The cleaning staff were the most welcoming and accommodating of the Inn's employees.

Room was clean. Stayed there three times before with my dogs. I booked a fourth trip not realizing they were no longer dog friendly. Checked in. I went back and asked to sign the pet disclaimer and to pay the pet deposit. I was told they didn’t need that anymore. Enjoyed night one and on night 2 received a threatening call from the front desk saying I would be fined for having dogs. And I would be reported to Hotels.com. Even though I told them several times that I had dogs. Fireplace didn’t work. So take what you get and don’t take pets. I will not stay there again. Checked out a day early since I was verbally threatened with a fine and being reported apparently in bad faith.
