Bed sheets and pillow cases weren’t changed. Had to request new linens and change our own beds. There was dog poop on our outside patio chair. When housekeeping came to clean it she was rude and said she isn’t supposed to be cleaning it that it’s not her job it’s supposed to be maintenance doing it. Front desk people were nice but wish our stay could have been better.

Great place to stay in Seaside. Can't beat the location, right on the promenade and near to Broadway Street. They are very pet friendly and even provided treats, water bowl, and blankets for our dogs. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well kept.

The staff was very courteous but the condition of the room wasn’t great. The bathroom sink was clogged and would not drain. One of the pillow cases and a wash cloth were stained pretty badly but still set out with the clean toweled and bed linens. The continental breakfast has really gone downhill. The fruit was rotten and they no longer have waffles. The cereal is in a dispenser so there is less variety and it seemed a bit stale. The yogurt and milk were warm. It was just very unappetizing. It used to be so much better.

We had a wonderful stay here even with the crazy weather. It was great to park the car and walk right to the main area of Seaside. The kids loved the indoor pool and you can't beat a beach front view from the balcony. We will definitely be back! I found the beds comfortable and didn't find any issues with the room. The only area that was "dated" was the kitchen area but honestly we don't cook on vacation anyway.
