Great location. Stay was great. Beautiful view. Short walk to beach. Quiet. Felt comfortable and SAFE. No disturbances. Indoor pool was not available. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Lots of fruit flies/insects. Pest strip did not work. Had to do lots of swiping to keep from getting into food while eating. they were successful at getting into unopened pastries. Had to throw away.

This property is very nice! The condo was clean and up to date. There were lots of useful household items available to use in the cabinets. The views were amazing at the front and side of the condo. The pools and amenities were clean, easily accessible and not crowded. Check in was fast and easy. 100% recommend this property and will stay again!

Bright, Cheery Condo with Amazing Views!

The condo is well located, close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, major streets and the beach. There are 30+ golf courses within a 30 minute drive. It was bright and cheery with amazing views of the ocean and marsh area from the balcony and one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots and pans. There was a dual Keurig type coffee maker which worked great. The dishwasher was very quiet and the washer/dryer very convenient. The ice maker in the large refrigerator was a bonus. The owners were very responsive and a delight to deal with.

My family’s stay was relaxing, peaceful, and the view was breathtaking. The building is in the perfect location and amenities were great. The walk to the beach was quick and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. We are very happy with our stay and look forward to going back again.

PERFECT FOR A LARGE FAMILY!!!

This was our third year staying in Cherry Grove. The condo was large enough to accommodate all 8 of us, and 3 bathrooms was definitely a plus! It was also nice to have the linens and bath towels provided, as well as a washer and dryer to keep up with all the laundry. Last year we had to bring our own sheets and towels, and it was a hassle. We ran into a couple of issues early on in our stay, but the owners were quick to respond and take care of the problems for us. It was a short walk to the beach, and the amenity center is really nice, especially if you want to enjoy some pool time, games, and working out while you’re at the beach. We’re looking forward to coming back next year!

The Condo was just "OK"

For the most part it was clean. However, one of the back burners didn't work on the stove, then oven didn't work properly; the Microwave was old and didn't heat food correctly, the refrigerator handle was really loose. There were mold on the windowsill in one of the bedrooms, and mold around the wall where the air vents are. The kitchen was fairly equipped with dishes and such. It definitely needs updated with better appliances. The condo was in a perfect spot where you can view the ocean from the balcony and living room, and near many shops. I loved the fact that the beach was just across the street.
