Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Property great for 2 groups who want to stay together but keep some separate spaces like kitchen, bathrooms and TV room. Upstairs dining table can squeeze 12 plus 2-4 at counter stools. Short easy walk to beach and shops. Tiki bar on ground level nice for after beach hang out and hot tub would have been nice if it was cooler in evening. Game room nice with fans, extra tv and cross breeze with both doors open but a bit musty. House has lots of steps so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, but stairs are equipped with handrails and lights. Driveway can park 6 cars. Owner’s team was very nice and resolved issues quickly.
