Summary:
This beach condo is located in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! The complex is oceanfront and in a highly desirable area! You will enjoy being steps away from the ocean AND just a short drive away from shopping, restaurants, attractions and golf courses that the Grand Strand has to offer. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple getaway!
The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: Elevator available - 2nd floor. Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Filter coffee machine.
Family room: Access to large oceanfront balcony. Sleeper sofa.
Bedroom 1: Balcony access! 1 king bed.
Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1. Beautiful shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed. TV.
Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.
Balcony: Spacious! Overlooks our gorgeous coastline!
Amenities: The complex has an indoor pool. Trash chute for convenience.
Beach: Directly beachfront!
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private in condo.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet).

Getting Around:
Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform

Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 1st Wednesday. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
