Our building will be undergoing exterior renovations during this period. Throughout the project, guests should expect construction workers present Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, intermittent noise, and closures to certain building areas. All dates are subject to change.
BALCONY CLOSURE: January 21 to February 22, 2027 – Balconies will be completely inaccessible during this phase.
POOL: The indoor pool will remain open throughout the entire project. Certain outdoor pool areas may experience intermittent closures during this time.

Other Things to Note
Must be 21 or older to book.
No pets allowed.
No motorcycles, RVs, or trailers permitted.
No smoking anywhere on the property. A $1,000 fine will be enforced for violations.
No parties or events.
No unregistered guests or visitors.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
Check-out is 10 AM.
Sand must be rinsed off before entering the building to avoid additional cleaning fees.
If pool bands are used during your stay, they must be left in the condo to avoid a $200 replacement fee.
Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are included.
