Perched on the 10th floor, this oceanfront condo in the Bay Watch complex offers a sweeping ocean view. Stash your bags, grab a frosty beverage, and start enjoying it immediately from your beachfront balcony. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable, modern interior with all the comforts of home. The chef can whip up tasty meals in the full, well-equipped kitchen, and the gang can dine together at the table for four.

When it’s time to explore, you don’t have to go far to find fun - the Bay Watch community offers 18 indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, kiddie pool, and more. With an on-site gym, you can even sneak in a workout before dinner - at one of the on-site restaurants, naturally. Relax at the end of the day in the central AC while you watch some TV, or take advantage of the free DVD rental program and pop in a movie. Call it a night in the well-appointed bedroom, but not before one more visit to that balcony to watch the stars rise over the Atlantic.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.
Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!
Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
