When you have had your fill of seaside fun, you can come back to this beautiful, comfortable fifth floor Crescent Dunes unit and completely unwind. This three bedroom, two bath unit sleeps up to eight people, and offers all the luxuries of home. It is decorated in a classic beach style and boasts views to remind you just why you love North Myrtle Beach. This smoke free building has an oceanfront community pool, grills, decks, elevator service, and ample parking. With free wireless internet, flat screen televisions in all of the bedrooms, and a washer and dryer, you will have everything you need to feel completely at home. THIS BUILDING HAS A 35# WEIGHT LIMIT FOR PETS, AS WELL AS A 2 PET MAXIMUM PER UNIT.

Violators of this regulation will be denied occupancy and will forfeit the full rental amount. In the instance that a non-family group is found to occupy a unit, the violation of the above rules shall be grounds for an expedited eviction with no refund. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

Great place

The 3 bedroom is a great place to stay in the middle of north Myrtle Beach. Everything about it is like being home. The oceanfront balcony is very nice and sized to be a good place to eat and enjoy great ocean views. The entire property was cleaned well. We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay.

Fall vacation

The entire property and our room was very good. The 3 bedrooms, living room, and bathrooms were well appointed. Views of the ocean from the large balcony were great. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

First Family Vacation in Five Years

The condo looked just like the online photos. The living room furniture was a darker color different, but that wasn't a big deal. The place was clean when we arrived and all appliances worked. The keyless entry was really nice.

Great Location, nice place

This place has a great location. Everything but the floors were clean. We had to sweep and mop the floors when we came because it had a lot of sand and dirt but otherwise it was really nice. Beds were not super comfortable but rooms were a nice size. We would definitely stay there again!

Christmas at the Beach!

Great condo in a terrific location! Neighbors are friendly, and everyone loves their dogs! I would certainly stay here again. Make sure to bring ALL linens you think you will need. This condo supplies nothing. You need towels, including kitchen towels and rags. You may want to bring extra towels to serve as bath mats as well. The place could use some rugs at least a front door mat to help reduce sand and such, which is inevitable at the beach!

Spent a week on the beach. Check in process was easy, property manager responsive and easy to work with. Unit as pictured on a quiet, pet friendly property steps to the water. Plenty of room and all the amenities we needed- washer, dryer, pool, easy parking. Would love to visit again.

The condo was nice and clean, that’s always important to me.

The kitchen was well stocked, but didn’t have a blender for smoothies, had to get one at Walmart. Other than that it was a nice, quiet and not crowded place. Will definitely come back.

The best part about this place was how not crowded the beach was in this area! The condo itself was nice and clean. There were a few things in the place that needed to be fixed -- broken closet door, broken dining chairs, paint cans and tools in one closet -- but nothing that ruined the trip. We had a really nice time!

Family week

There were eight people in our group- My husband and I, with our 2 adult children, my parents, and 2 sisters. Overall the experience was good however, there were a couple of things that could have been better. Only one elevator. No restroom on the pool level. Condo was smaller than it appeared to be in the pics. Some of the chairs in the dining area needed to be replaced. That said, most issues were really minor and didn't have too much impact on the experience, but still made it feel like the price was a bit high- especially when having to provide all of our own paper products, towels, and linens (without incurring another charge). It took a car, a truck, and an SUV to get everything there, and there was only parking for 2 vehicles - the 3rd had to be parked at the office about 3 miles away. Would I stay again? It is possible, but only if I took some extra things like bath mats and other homey basics. It was clean and comfortable, but was pricey and certainly lacked the conveniences I like to have when on vacation. At the end of the week, we all came away feeling more like we had been camping.

Wonderful Christmas stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over Christmas. The condo was clean and had everything we could have needed. We seemed to have the whole property to ourselves and loved every minute. We will definitely consider this property for future visits.
