Annual girls trip

The property was just as described! Spacious bedrooms and the living room was a focal point for us with plenty of room to sit around and relax and chat!! Will definitely book this property again!!

Great stay!

Derek was great to work with. Everything inside was very neat and clean. Close to the beach and other areas of interest. Listing was pretty accurate. Not a lot of parking as the lot is small. Neighborhood is mixed. You have condemned house across the street, lots of trailer houses, some nicer than others and then a beautiful gated community. Outside could use some work. Could use a grill cover to keep it cleaner and maybe a towel rack for the hot tub. Master bedroom is nice, but there is no dresser and no closet to use. Overall, we would stay here again.

Getaway to Libby and Eric’s Wedding

Family trip

The house was is cute.. doesn’t s have curtains in the living room and dining area at least when we stayed, you will be very close to neighbors.. the beach isn’t too far and there are near by restaurants.. I can’t say excellent but I guess Derek tried his best to make things right and that in the end matters a whole bunch to me… we all and all enjoyed our out family time together there.

This is a good place to be with the family was a nice house. Everything was very good. I really enjo

What are the things definite his house needs? Is the pool I think for kids. They really need that extra paid off for this house. Also, do you need a set of grill equipment to use the grill outside and a blender for the kitchen open can open a can help you to do the cooking in there, also multiple times with define smoke cockroaches, which is a think is why because people come in and out and small ants but besides that everything was very good

Awesome property, new space , great location,1 mile to the beach . House need a iron and ironing board, can opener , hair dryer, mixing bowls and pan set , cooking utensils, and cutting board. I donated 4 whine glasses . However, we were the first family to stay the house. I am sure Dereck (host)has great things to come for this beautiful location. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.
