This spacious home sleeps 24 and features 2 living rooms, an elevator, ensuite bathrooms, Smart TVs, over 50 arcade style games, shuffle board and a Peekaboo Ocean View from the top balcony. Unwind by the heated saltwater pool, soak in the spa or gather around the fire pit. Perfect for families & groups! Outdoor games include ping pong, golf putting green, corn hole, yoga mat, bands and weights. Your stay includes amenities such as all of your linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) paper towels, Q-tips, cotton balls, pool towels, pool chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, coffee pods, tea, sugar packs, cooking spices, cooking spray, washing machine pods, pack & play and much more.

Bedrooms:
This home features 6 spacious bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. There are 2 king bedrooms, perfect for a restful night’s sleep, and 3 queen bedrooms, each featuring 2 queen beds, offering plenty of sleeping space for families or groups. The bunk room is equipped with 4 twin-over-twin bunk beds for the kiddos, making it an excellent choice for kids looking to stay together comfortably.

Bathrooms:
6.5 modern bathrooms. Each bathroom is well-stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and essentials to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

This prime location provides easy access to the beach, with porta potties as well as a seasonal Tiki Bar, while also being close to popular restaurants, shopping, and entertainment on Main Street, North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy a vibrant local scene with plenty of attractions just an easy walk away.

Pool & Outdoor Space: POOL HEAT IS INCLUDED in your stay. Please give 3 days prior notice so we can heat the pool for your comfort. Pool heat is available if the outside temperature is above 50°.
The outdoor area is designed for both relaxation and fun. The LARGE heated saltwater pool and spa provide a luxurious swimming experience year-round, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. One of the full bathrooms is located under the covered pool area for your convenience. The private pool area includes lounge chairs for sunbathing and outdoor seating for dining and socializing, making it a great space for families and groups to gather and enjoy the coastal atmosphere.
During your stay, you’ll have the entire property to yourself to enjoy!

HOUSE RULES:
Must be 25 or older to book our home. **Please treat our home with respect. You are responsible for any damage caused to the home and contents during your stay!** Outside Quiet hours 10PM-8AM

Only 2 dogs are allowed with a $100 pet fee. Pet fee must be paid.

No smoking on the property. A $1000 fine will be enforced for smoking on the property, inside or outside!
No parties or events.
Check-out is at 10 AM.
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
All sand needs to be cleaned off before entering the house. We have an outdoor shower. Failure to remove sand will result in an extra cleaning fee.
Please refrain from making excessive noise past 10 PM. Outside Quiet Hours 10PM-8AM.

PET RULES:
• A $100 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property. 30 pound weight limit.
• Your dog should be friendly and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
• We provide pet blankets that need to be used if your dog gets on the furniture. Dogs are not allowed in the beds!
• Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
• Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up.
• Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. No aggressive dogs.
• You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.
• Limit of two dogs.

POOL RULES:
Pool heat is available if the outside temperature is above 50 degrees and we have 3 days prior notice to heat the pool for your comfort. Spa heat is available anytime and is controlled by you via the spa pad by the pool area. You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
Children always need to be supervised. No pets allowed in the pool.
No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If the glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 in order to clean the pool.
There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand prior to entering the pool.
*** Violations of our rules will result in immediate cancellation. Any damages confirmed during the cleaning and inspection process will be the responsibility of the guest.***. Using negative reviews or false claims to seek refunds or benefits is a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action or termination of the rental without refund. BY BOOKING THIS PROPERTY, YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
