This outdoor space features decorative lighting, an overhead fan, and a picturesque view of the golf course, creating an ideal spot for relaxation. Furnished with comfortable seating, it quickly becomes a favorite hangout spot.

The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a coffee/tea bar, ice machine, and crockpot for added convenience. The kitchen island, adorned with Quartz counters and two barstools, complements the dining table, comfortably seating four. Located at Ocean Greens Resort. The condo is surrounded by 3 golf courses. One mile from the ocean. You can rent a golf cart and drive it to the ocean from our condo. There is a park next door with basketball hoops, trails and a soccer field. There is also a Pool.


You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit with a small processing fee or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
