I would not recommend this condo for anyone over the age 60. The toilets are the original for when the property was built they are very low and both my husband and I have replacements and were very uncomfortable for the month . He is handicapped and we had to walk from the garage across the street for the first 10 day because the garage under the building we rented was being worked on. For someone with any type of replacement or handicap this condo is not the right place. The appliances were just okay. It took 1/2 an hour for the oven to heat up. The smoke alarm went off when we toasted bread every time. The family pool was closed for 6 days and the lazy river was closed for 10 days. I am sure it has nothing to do with your service but as a former condo owner we were emailed when work was to be done long before they started the work. I should have been contacted about these issues. We had to rotate the mattress to get a good nights sleep. The linens are outdated and worn out. The place needs to be updated. One positive note is the commercial washer and dryer but the negative things outweigh the positive. I also would like to say I have rented the month of April for 13 out of the last 14 years mostly from VRBO and have never been disappointed or had to write a review. I am not sure if I need a more personal experience from now on. It is not the condo to rent for long rentals because the kitchen is poorly equipped.
