When arriving at the property you will have plenty of parking space in our dedicated parking garage and overflow lot across the street. You will have (2) parking passes waiting on you upstairs for your vehicles. Taking the elevator up to the 4th floor you will appreciate the ease of check in with our smart lock, so no keys to keep up with for your trip with us, which leaves more room to carry your favorite cocktail or beach chair!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Each bedroom provides comfort and privacy, and coastal-inspired decor. Each bed will be freshly made prior to your arrival, towels and wash cloths are provided as well. Our home is made for families or groups looking to have room to relax and space to sneak away for the quieter moments as well.

Please note, this kit is intended to cover your immediate needs upon arrival. For the duration of your stay, you may want to bring or purchase any additional items you require.

The property features smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. We do not provide cable TV – streaming options only. Enjoy your entertainment experience!

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

SMART TV INFO
All our properties are equipped with state-of-the-art smart TVs. Please note that we do not offer standard cable channels. However, guests can make the most of various streaming options available on these smart TVs. Ensure you have your streaming service credentials on hand if you wish to access specific platforms.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.
