Guest Access:

As our guest you will enjoy private access to the entirety of the Ashworth 804 condo including all three bedrooms three bathrooms and the expansive oceanfront balcony. The kitchen and living areas are yours to use throughout your visit. You also have full privileges to use the shared resort facilities such as the indoor and outdoor swimming pools the lazy river the spa and the fitness center. The resort provides direct access to the beach located just steps away from the building. You will have access to designated on site parking for your vehicle. Please respect that certain storage areas are locked and restricted for owner use only and are not part of your guest access.

Getting Around:

Your stay at our oceanfront condominium includes the convenience of free on site parking, allowing you to easily come and go as you please. If you are flying in for your vacation, Myrtle Beach International Airport is located about twenty miles south of the resort, typically a thirty to forty minute drive depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Ashworth, you will find that the prime location in Ocean Drive makes much of the local entertainment accessible by a short walk or a very quick drive. For travel to further destinations, local taxi and ride sharing services are reliable options.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please note that our property is strictly for families and guests aged 25 and older. Check in is available from 3 pm to 5 pm, and check out is strictly at 10 am. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and all common areas, including balconies and pool decks. We do not allow pets, motorcycles, boats, trailers, recreational vehicles, or all-terrain vehicles on the premises. Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 7 am. Guests are provided with a starter kit of essential supplies, but we recommend bringing additional paper products and toiletries. Please note that sleeper sofas are best suited for children. A damage waiver fee is required for all bookings to ensure a worry-free stay.
