"After a 5 hour drive and exhausted, looking forward to a restful night, dragged suitcases upstairs because elevators were not working, had to go downstairs twice because door key didn’t work, asked for two extra towels and they only had one left, went to the car to get my phone charger and was surrounded by kids asking for money, walked around the corner of hotel and realized it was not a safe neighborhood, had to take stairs up again dragged suitcases and family (including my 86 yo mom) downstairs, returned the key and left. Had to look for another hotel and finally checked in at midnight"

"Vrbo I booked on 2/27/26 to 2/28/26 was insufficient and disappointing for the following reasons:1. There was no light outside or in the hallway of the unit. This was not only unsafe, but difficult to use the door code in the dark as we arrived after dark.2. There were no wash clothes for use in the bathroom. We could not take showers. We were only made aware of this after the booking.3. There was a coffeemaker but not coffee supplied (only instant)4. The elevator was not in use and the unit was on the 3rd floor. We had a difficult time getting up to the unit with all our luggage and my 80 year old grandmother. Had we had a disabled guest we would have had no way to get them to the 3rd floor.On a scale from 1-10 we would rate this booking as a 2"

"Recreational areas were superb. Photos were accurate. The property is very family friendly. I like the fact that all the beds were full sized or more! No twin beds."

"The layout and location were perfect for all of us and the owner was very responsive. It's proximity to stores and main roads and highways was perfect. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet as well. I want to note the hallway bathtub was very slippery while showering and it would be helpful to have a tub mat or floor tub stickers to prevent falls, the hot and cold in 2 of the bathrooms were working backwards and I knew what to do because I read a previous review and lastly there should be some type of markings to advise of the step downs in the laundry room, & bar areas especially. This was definitely a trip hazard for us all. I only knew of the two step downs to both family rooms from previous reviews, but this should be noted on all outlets that advertise this home or simply post a "watch your step" so other guests can be made aware before entering these areas. These are the only reasons this home didn't receive 5 stars and it's because they are hazards that can be an easy fix to prevent any issues for the guest and owner."
