En övernattning med sen incheckning

Stannade till på detta hotell på väg till södra Europa. Sen incheckning. Perfekt stopp på ett mysigt hotell, trevlig personal och stora rymligt rum och badrum. Vi fick en god natts sömn i bekväma sängar. Rekommenderas, prisvärt!

Prima hotel met een matige keuken wanneer gebruik wordt gemaakt van de dinercheque. De dinerkeuze is snackbarniveau. Bij betaling 10 euro pp is onwaardig. De bediening in het restaurant is zeer goed.

Wo soll ich anfangen. Das Zimmer konnten wir erst um 16 Uhr und nach massiver Beschwerde beziehen. Beim Check-In sollten wir dann sogar nochmals 76€ bezahlen. Auf unsere Nachfrage wofür der Betrag erhoben wird bekamen wir nur eine pampige Antwort "Für die Übernachtung." Die hatten wir aber schon im voraus bezahlt. Wir haben dann die Zahlung verweigert und auf einmal hieß es ein Systemfehler wäre aufgetreten. Bei der Abreise sollten wir auch noch ein Frühstück bezahlen welches wir überhaupt nicht genutzt hatten. Das Zimmer: Der Siphon vom Waschbecken war dermaßen verkalkt das man Angst haben muss er wäre nicht mehr dicht. Das Toilettenbecken war so dreckig das das stehende Wasser dunkel und dreckig wirkt. Im Lampenschirm lagen etliche Fliegenleichen welche das Housekeeping anscheinen monatelang ignoriert hat. Vom dreckigen Fußboden bei der Ankunft will ich gar nicht erst anfangen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist für diesen Preis eine Unverschämtheit. Die Speisekarte ist mit seinen 3-4 Hauptgerichten eine Frechheit. Ein Schnitzel mit Jägersoße für über 20 € entpuppte sich als gefrorenes und in der Fritteuse aufgebackenes trockenes Stück Fleisch, einem Klecks Soße und nochmals erwärmten Pommes. Für ein angebliches 4 Sterne Hotel ein absolutes Unding. Der Außenbereich ist zwar sehr schön, aber die Liegen für die Gäste wurden nicht einmal von herabfallenden Blätter und Früchten gereinigt. So was ist absolut inakzeptabel. Wer keine Ansprüche kann gerne das Hotel besuchen.

Tolles Gebäude, aber der Service und das Frühstück sind nicht gut. Lange Schlangen beim Kaffe holen, liebloses Frühstück Ich habe eine Rechnung von der Bar bekommen, obwohl ich nie in der Bar oder dem Restaurant war. Insgesamt ist der Service nicht gut, es gibt viele Kleinigkeiten die man besser machen kann.
