We have stayed many times at this best western and it was a good experience but this time we got a very outdated run down room The ceiling was stained and mold was obvious the shower ceiling showed serious water damage

Get what you pay for

visiting for a funeral. First day smelled of marijuana in the hallway, did not have the best experience with service with evening staff. Checked out a day early and was charged for the entire stay.

I’d hate to kick people while they’re down but the meth addicts lurking the property kinda freaked us out. They did not tell us until after check in that the pool was not in service. They have a sign up that says they made accommodations with other hotels with pools in the area, but no one knew who. The ice machine wasn’t working apparently they were filling it with ice from the gas station across the street. So don’t put that in your drinks. They have a sign up that says they sell ice but throw a fit if you ask to buy ice. They say they accept dogs (max 2 dogs no larger than 25lbs each) but then a day or 2 after check in I get random charges on my credit card, I go to the desk and the person was clueless what they were for. Come to find out they dinged me $25 per day for my dog who is under 25lbs. Argued with the manager over the fees, she was completely irate. Expedia ended up refunding me even though Best Western dropped the ball. To top it off there’s sketchy people there with massive pit bulls. Black Mold on ceiling in both the main room and bathroom. I’ve stayed at tons of Best Westerns over the years with no issue including this location. The owner of this one has let this property go completely down the drain. What a shame, it’s a great location. Best Western should drop this one to save face.

The property offered a peaceful and private setting, nicely tucked away from busy highways and streets. However, the furnishings were quite dated, and the mattress was unfortunately extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep for 3 nights straight.

It wasn't the most friendly welcome at check in but it was professional. Appreciated the quiet room on the end and the large room. Breakfast was decent but happy they offered coffee 24 hour a day.

the staff was a little rude in some cases. We were told we could not use the ice machine to fill a cooler. Bags were supposed to be available but they had none so no easy ice availability. Also I asked my wife when we left the room if she removed tbe sign. She said yes and the housekeeping lady said "So I guess you want your room done?". Kind of obvious. There was also a pool on premises but we were never informed on bookong or anythong that it was closed. Disappointing to expect a pool and not have one. Would not stay here again
