The paint on the ceiling in the shower was falling off. And the room felt like there was too much moisture, damp. Also didn’t like that the door to the outside directly off our room didn’t lock.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect for going sightseeing and the Quality Inn staff is very good and helpful. The parking is great and we do feel safe. We would highly recommend this Quality Inn in North Conway NH.

Tristán was the manager on duty. Very respectful and attentive. Assisted me with the WiFi connection and tv within 10 minutes when I called the front desk. He is very profesional al and friendly.

Hotel is quite out of date. Enough so that I felt the price was too high. It was clean and so wasn't a deal breaker for one night. But I'd avoid this one and stay pretty much anywhere else had we known ahead of time.

nothing in the room worked such as AC and TV. we called to come have it looked at and nobody came. there were stains everywhere, on the walls, floor, lampshades,etc

Do not stay at this property. It is old and rundown. They have tried to remodel it, but it didn't work for them. It is fairly clean and mostly quiet. The six steps up to my room turned into 22 steps. Then the key card wouldn't open my door. A man who works there took it and said he would be right back with working key cards. He never returned. It was truly a dump. The tub wasn't level and the shower ran out the back all over the floor. The "new" carpet looks like it was installed by a ten year old. I really feel like they should refund my money for the condition of the hotel vs the price.
