Plenty of room for the family. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Close to the village and Whitaker Woods trails for both nature walks and XC Skiing in winter. Rooms could use a little more cleaning and more care in this regard, floors were unfortunately dirty. It’s almost as if they forgot to vacuum. Friendly staff whom were very accommodating when the heat in our room was unable to be controlled upon arrival the room was 57 degrees. The Inn has undergone recent renovations and with continued improvements will provide excellent value when visiting the valley. Just need to get some things ironed out.

This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everything in this place looks like it hasn’t been replaced or cleaned since the 1980s. The furniture was old, broken, and falling apart — the mattress had a whole… Cleanliness was a joke. The room smelled musty, the floors were dirty, and I’m pretty sure the sheets hadn’t been properly washed. The bathroom was especially nasty: stains everywhere, grime in the corners, and fixtures that were rusted and barely functional. I honestly felt uncomfortable touching anything. Overall, this hotel is run-down, dirty, and poorly maintained. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy sleeping in filth. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.

This is a great place to stay a few nights and is really easy to get too. Also a lot of great restaurants nearby and very close to downtown. Staff could not be any nicer and there's always hot coffee by the front desk

Not a value if you can’t get any sleep. Staff did nothing to discourage noise throughout the night. People were loud until after 2 am on multiple nights during our stay. Pool was underwhelming. Hot tub was not working and there was no housekeeping during our 4 day stay.

We hwd requested 1 room with a dog, but both rooms were side-by-side, very shabby and feltvneglected. My daughters room, with the dog, had kibble on the floor, and a very worn carpet. We had paid a $50 fee to have the dog with us, so We were a little surprised that the room was so creepy and dirty. Outside the rooms we both saw alot of pet excrement, as well as tons of cigarette butts everywhere. My husband and I have stayed her many times before, and always found the hotel and rooms to be very clean and well kept, so we were surprised by this turnaround. Won't be booking there again.

Staff was super nice! Our room was clean, only big downfall was our room had a door to another room next door and you can hear everything, there was no privacy and the people were super loud even at 11:45pm we could not sleep. Also the tiles on the ceiling of the pool had some ready to fall and that is definitely not safe.

Room was very comfortable, the pool was relaxing (wish the spa was working) only suggestion is to fix the ceiling tiles over the pool. booking confirmation with expedia was helpful and provided text when room was ready.
