Parking lot was very safe . Certain kids running a muck sometimes very loud especially after 8pm . Wish we could've used the air conditioner but didnt because it had some mold & mildew to it which caused a breathing issues for both of us.

The room was spacious, but everything was dated. Furniture, carpet, everything. Old and dingy. The kitchenette had only a fridge and a microwave, but no cooktops, dishes, utensils, or dish towels. In the common area, the hot tub was closed, and the pool was open, but the whole area was dark. The gym had minimal equipment. The game room was operational (you need tokens).

Location was perfect to see the Kancamagus Highway and Washington mt. Set off the road so it was quiet. Staff was nice to interact with. Enjoyed the pool and having a place to do laundry was an extra bonus.

Parking lot was huge with plenty parking spots. When checking in, the lady at the front desk didn’t seem too friendly. Our room was a good size, with living area separate from the bedroom. We did have a small refrigerator in our room, but no microwave. There was a microwave in the lobby area, which was a little inconvenient. There was also a washer and dryer for use. Coffee and tea were available in the morning. When we went to get coffee, the morning staff lady was less friendly than the one at check-in. We had two different tvs in our room that had totally different channels. We never could figure out one of the tvs, and finally figured out the other one towards the end of our stay. Very hard to turn left out of the parking area due to so much traffic.
