Quite adequate for my needs. I was hiking in the Whites and took a day off in North Conway, stayed here for a night. Room and grounds are quite clean and comfortable. Space is dated surely, but for my needs it was cost friendly and close enough to town to easily walk (hiking I had no vehicle)

The hotel was clean but dated. Some of the furniture had stains on it, the AC was noisy but the bed and hot tub were great. The location was amazing as well. I would definitely recommend and I would return.
