Gorgeous home with marsh views, plus a pool and hot tub in prestigious North Chatham! This five bedroom, 4.5 bath home offers everything you could possibly need for your fabulous Chatham vacation. It is located between Chatham and South Orleans, a wonderful spot that is about 2 miles to shopping in downtown Chatham, the Chatham Bars Inn and Lighthouse Beach, as well as the beautiful Wequassett Inn! You can easily head to Nauset Beach in Orleans to "ride the waves", a 20 minute drive, or head in the other direction to the warm waters of Chatham's Nantucket Sound Beaches. (You do need to purchase parking passes for all beaches from town websites). The open floor plan with lots of living space, is perfect for an extended family to gather together for a big dinner and a movie, or game night! This lovely home features an en-suite master bedroom with King bed and private deck on the first floor, as well as four more bedrooms. The finished bedroom above the garage is also en-suite, with a Queen and a Twin daybed.
Plenty of space for your family and friends, including a spacious media room with 55 inch TV! Everyone will love hanging out by the pool for dinner and cocktails, after a busy day at the beach and shopping.
