This place was not well maintained at all the rooms look like they went through Hell and back, turn all over the walls, dirty beds, hair on the floor of lights hanging down, dirty towels, worst place we ever stayed in not including the door being near busted off the hinges and no top lock

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The pictures don’t match what it looks like at all. The hotel room reeked of cigarette smoke and weed. The door chain was busted and there was still toothpaste on the sink and mirror.

I don’t even stay, someone had ejaculated on the beds, left tissues all over the beds, no one cleaned it up, they offered another room, that room had no linens on the bed, the mattress were exposed and stained so bad it looked like someone had used the bathroom in them! I refused to stay, asked for my money back and was told I had to go through a 3rd party to get it

Everything was dirty, no supplies in kitchenette, garbage overflowing outside, pool water green and filthy, toilet was clogged when we arrived, dog poop everywhere outside, no office staff from 4pm-10:00am, no extra linens, no breakfast. This place was horrible, should not be open to public

Not cleaned or well maintained at all. Dirt in the corners, obviously dirty shower, very busted up. The door did not even have a proper latching lock. The place had also recently changed names and that wasn't communicated in any way. The grounds were also not well taken care of. I would definitely not stay here again. The only thing that was good was the guy at the desk was nice.

the rooms are spacious but need some maintenance and cleaning... the floors have not seen a mop in some time...a few minutes of walking around barefoot and my feet were filthy... the sink tap need attention and the toilet would flush if you held the handle... towels were limited and toilet paper was not there on a positive note, the rooms were large and comfortable the place was pretty quiet the laundry room was useful the pool needs to be open at this time of year

There are no elevators on the property. I realized there were no dishes, silverware, pots or pans, or anything to cook and eat with and was told they didnt supply them, so had to settle for takeout. The room We had several outlets that didn’t provide power, had one remote for three TVs called. They were gonna bring us another one. It never came. We had no hot water for bathing.

This place was so dirty you will move night stand trash dirt stuck on the floor like for days. Kitchen stove was filthy. Thebroom stink like weed. I requested another room they gave it but same issue. I canceled but was not refunded my unstay night.i was not there for not even 15 minutes 😡
