The Space:

Each of our thoughtfully appointed bedrooms features plush mattresses and pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Freshly made beds and clean towels await, along with essential bathroom amenities.

The fully-equipped kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, complete with a range, microwave, dishwasher, and all the basic cooking tools you need. Gather around the table for a shared meal or savor morning coffee at your leisure.

For your added convenience, a washer and dryer, along with detergent, are available in the laundry room.

Guest Access:
The entire property is yours to enjoy, ensuring complete privacy and freedom during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located in North Charleston, near Northwoods Mall. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. This home is a mile from the interstate which provides for easy access to everywhere in town.

Getting Around:
Most people in Charleston drive or take an Uber. Public transportation is very inadequate.

Other Things to Note:
There are two parking spaces in front of the home. If you need more parking there may be some available in the overflow area which when you come down Spoleto it will be the first right.

Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.

No boats, trailers, or box trucks

Stays of 10 days or more are subject to an additional cleaning fee.

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

There's a Ring Doorbell located near the Front Door.

With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.
