Welcome to Calvert Street! This listing is for a 1 bedroom apartment behind the main house on the property. As you step inside you are in the living room, and around the corner you will find the kitchen. The bedroom is near the front of the apartment and has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen features all the amenities you`ll need to cook up a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The bedroom is cozy and comfortable, with room for you to spread out. The apartment is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable bed and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Outside you have the seating area to hang out, and the backyard with access to the arcade room.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

The Charleston Heights neighborhood is conveniently located close to everything! It is less than 10 minutes to Downtown Charleston, 7 minutes to the heart of Park Circle, and roughly 20 minutes to Sullivans Island where you can access one of Charleston`s best beaches. Very close by in Charleston Heights is Rebel Taqueria, a great dive bar serving up all your taco cravings. Also catch a show at Firefly Distillery or one of the cool events at Riverfront Park, both just 5 minutes away!

Fun Sister Trip!

We were in Charleston for 4 days. Checkin was smooth and communicated clearly. A little bit far from main attractions but we had a rental car so it wasn’t much of a problem. Rental was super clean!

Diamond in the Rough

I absolutely loved the property. It was perfect for my little Yorkipoo and I while we were visiting Charleston. Everything was comfortable and cozy. Property seems to be overall well maintained and has a very nice privacy fence and outdoor entertaining space and ample room to let my pup run around for a bit safely. I communicated with the owner and they were quick to respond and seemed very accomodating. The neighborhood does seem a little unnerving but I never had any problems with the neighbors at all.
