Staff was super helpful no matter what time of day. Our room key kept glitching out on the second night and the gentleman that helped us was attentive both times we had to get the keys reprogrammed. Breakfast was incredible, they had standard quick options as well as different hot items each morning. From waffles, pancakes, eggs, biscuits and gravy to fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, and cereal. Staff was constantly seen cleaning, checking in with guests, and always looked to have a smile on their faces. It was a very welcoming environment and we will definitely be back the next time we are visiting North Branch!
