Designed with comfort and flexibility in mind, this light-filled retreat is ideal for large families, groups of friends, or two families holidaying together. You can also bring your dog as there is a private enclosed courtyard.

Set across two levels, the home offers plenty of space to relax, unwind, and enjoy beachside living. Downstairs features a private self-contained feel with its own kitchenette, comfortable lounge and dining area, two bedrooms, a laundry, and a private enclosed courtyard — perfect for morning coffee or relaxed afternoons after the beach.

Upstairs, you’ll find the main living hub of the home, including a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for easy holiday meals and entertaining. The upper level also includes three additional bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with king size bed and ensuite bathroom, plus a main family bathroom with a shower recess, bath and separate toilet. The upstairs level also provides two balconies for relaxing and entertaining.

Beautiful North Avoca Beach, popular for its great surfing, fishing, and diving, is just a short level walk away, and is also dog friendly.
