Floors were sticky, bed had springs poking while trying to sleep, no breakfast as advertised, shower had peeling paint on tub as well as being very slippery, and the tv kept losing signal and ended up having to use our own phones and computer to watch a movie as we were unable to keep a signal or internet connections. Staff were very nice though.

When I checked in they said there would be an $800 ptr-authorization on my card. I thought that’s high but not unreasonable for a 7 night stay. However, when I checked out I was told there would be an $800 charge on my card which would be refunded in 3-5 business days “after they checked the room”. This is a wholly unacceptable practice, I won’t be back.

The check in was remote. Which means there is essentially no staff around. The only reason I didn't give the lowest rating was that there was one staff member at the desk later in the evening and he helped me change rooms. The main floor room had warped floors from water damage. The pluming pipes are all exposed There was a big pile of vomit outside my window. Because I booked with Hotels.com I was required to pay for an upgrade fee to get a room upstairs . (That is ridiculous!) The biggest concern is that there is no security at all in this hotel. Anyone can walk in at anytime time. There is absolutely nothing to stop them. Certainly the remote check in guy in Ohio won't be stopping an intruder. As a single person travelling alone, this was very upsetting. I didn't sleep. I won't be booking through Hotels.com again.
