We recently booked a 3-night stay but ended up leaving after the first night.
First, I want to say the employees were very friendly and kind. This review is not a reflection of the staff, who were professional and courteous during our stay.
Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great overall. We had reserved a king room, but when we arrived, we were told there were no pet-friendly king rooms available because we were traveling with our dog. We were placed in a double king room instead. While that wasn’t a huge issue, it was a bit frustrating since we had specifically booked a king.
The bigger concerns were with the room itself. The walls are extremely thin. We could clearly hear full conversations through the walls, and the door has noticeable gaps around it, making hallway noise very loud and constant. It made it difficult to relax or sleep.
Additionally, the room had a noticeable odor that smelled like a mix of mold and strong cleaner. At times, the smell of marijuana also drifted into our room.
Because of these issues, we decided to check out early and book elsewhere. I truly appreciate the friendliness of the staff, but based on our experience, we couldn’t complete our stay.
