Small Country mobile home! Bedroom 1 has a brand new queen size bed with new queen memory foam mattress! Bathroom 1 has a shower! Bedroom 2 has a full bed and new twin bed with new twin mattress! Kitchen is decent size and stocked with plates, cups, coffee mugs, pots/pans, silverware, and utensils! Living room has two couches one is new and is reclining! Tv gets over 40+ channels! Washer and dryer located at the entrance! There is a pole barn to park in. Front covered screened in porch is great for hanging out with patio seating! Back covered and screened in porch is perfect for grilling out on the Stainless Weber Grill!!
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower.Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.
