From here, you can watch the movement of the day - kids drifting between the pool and the park, people wandering past on their way to the beach, the soft energy of South Shores unfolding around you.

Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge create a social heart to the home - a place for shared meals, grazing platters, and conversations that stretch into the evening.

Downstairs, a second deck and additional bedrooms offer space to retreat - giving everyone room to do their own thing while still feeling connected.

Basic kitchen amenities are provided, as well as bathroom products. Our local Foodland is a 2min drive away and has everything you`ll need!

~ Additional 4 persons as DAY visitors allowed during stay - Max 9 persons overnight.

~ Quiet time is between 9pm and 9am, no loud music or voices at any times. Please respect our wonderful neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after sunset to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

~ Please follow all community rules within the village, pool rules, car directions and speed restrictions.

~ No pets allowed.

~ This home is smoke free, no smoking of any kind is allowed on the property.
