The front desk staff was really friendly. Overall, I felt like the room was clean enough. It really needs dusting (lamps, headboard, etc.). The bathroom was clean. Check the shampoo and soap before getting in the shower. I had none. Both containers were empty. Overall, it was okay but it's clear that housekeeping lacks detail.

Breakfast stopped during staff, when option was awful. Two staff members were polite the rest were rude and unhelpful. Room had broken fixtures and someone tried to sell me drugs in the parking lot. So noisy outside

Room is great service is good, just felt like it was a motel more than a hotel. I can’t complain but really need to search for a best western plus next time. I prefer a mini gym and breakfast bar to have milk available for guest than have to bother a staff to get it from their fridge and just give me a cup. For my cereal. I guess hot breakfast is a part I enjoy most.
