There were roaches running across the bed when i pulled the dirty covers back. I woul never recommended anyone to stay there. Desk agent was trying to deter me from asking for a full refund by saying repeatedly it will take 7 days to get your money back....SO! I recieved it within 24 hours. This place is trash.

Parking was fine. AC WORKED. BROKEN DOORS AND PARTIALLY FUNCTIONING TOILET RESERVOIR. ROOM HAD VERY BAD ODOR. NO CLOTHE IRON NOR HAIR DRYER. NO SOAP OR SHAMPOO. OLD TOWELS AND STAFF DID NOT CLEAN ROOM. DIRTY REFRIGERATOR THAT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. AREA WHERE CONTINENTAL BREAKFASTS ARE SERVED IS IN DISSARRAY. NO COFFEE. STAFF'S ATTITUDE REALLY BAD.

Everything was dingy and dirty even the sheets , the man in the evening said leave my stuff outside it was fine but then didn’t even bother watching it ! Then man in the morning didn’t bother even listening when I explained what i needed and then just said no! And walked away ! Later say me struggling with bags and my disabled daughter and walked away again! Just kinda rude to be in hospitality business

I did not stay. Filthy, the young lady I initially talked with was polite. She requested I wait an hour which did. The second person was impolite and told me to wait until 3. It was 250. I saw some of the people staying at the hotel and decided to go to a different hotel

Checked out almost immediately after checking in. Garbage throughout the room, rotten food remnants in sink, cigarette burns in linens inside a non smoking room, mysterious stains on pillow cases. DO NOT STAY HERE
