From this side of Ulvdal you have direct access to one of the largest high mountain plateaus in Northern Europe, which offers many spectacular experiences all year round. You will find offers for adults and children, for those who want organized activities and for those who want to explore on their own. Rafting, cycling, an amusement park or Langedrag Nature Park are nearby and can be undertaken. In Nore and Uvdal there are many fishing opportunities, either down in the valley with Numedalslågen or the associated fjords.



In winter, Uvdal is a winter paradise with over 400 km of cross-country ski trails both on the plain and in the valley and you can start right outside the door. At the cottage you will find a sled that you can rent. Also pack your cross-country skis, backpack and thermos and head out. Uvdal ski center, not far from the cottage. Here you will find everything from steep slopes to smooth, long trails. Visit one of the best places in Norway for skiing on loose snow from the plain down to the small forest. Have fun!
