The Deichblick de Luxe vacation rental awaits you in a prime location in Nordstrand, just about 150 meters from the sea. From your private accommodations, you can enjoy an unparalleled panoramic view of the North Sea and its Halligen islands. The surrounding area combines maritime charm with rural tranquility and is perfect for relaxing walks, bike rides, and excursions.
Directly behind the house is a fishing lake known for its abundant stock and diverse fish species, including trout, zander, and tench. The lake is suitable for anglers of all experience levels and covers an area of 2.9 hectares. A valid fishing license for Schleswig-Holstein and the appropriate fishing fee sticker are required for fishing. Alternatively, you can apply for a vacation fishing license.

Cozy restaurants are just about 150 meters away, while shopping options are approximately 4 kilometers away.
The Strucklahnungshörn ferry and excursion harbor is just a few minutes away. From there, from April through October, the “Adler Express” offers a high-speed service twice daily to the Hallig Hooge, the islands of Amrum, Föhr, and Sylt! The route takes you through the entire world of islands and Halligs in the North Frisian Wadden Sea. Highly recommended in the summer—a day on the sandy beach of Amrum Island!
There is a ferry service to the neighboring island of Pellworm several times a day, year-round. A day trip is especially recommended by bicycle or e-bike.

The apartment was completed in 2023 and is located on the third floor (mezzanine) of a modern building with an elevator. Spanning a generous 76 square meters, it combines elegant design with a high level of comfort and can accommodate up to four people.

The open-concept living and dining area welcomes you with a stylish interior featuring a cozy sofa, comfortable armchairs, and a large TV. Tasteful furnishings add harmonious accents. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available for the best entertainment and constant connectivity.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms (each with a TV) with comfortable sleeping arrangements and high-quality tile flooring. They are ideal for families, couples, or small travel groups. Two modern bathrooms, equipped with walk-in showers, stylish vanities, windows, and hair dryers, provide additional comfort and well-being.

The high-quality built-in kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your meals. In addition to a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, you’ll find a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment as well as practical kitchen utensils such as a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, and silverware. A washing machine is also available for longer stays.

A special highlight is the sheltered balcony with comfortable patio furniture. Here you can relax, enjoy the fresh North Sea air, and let your gaze wander over the unobstructed view of the sea. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating (geothermal), so you’ll feel completely comfortable even during the cooler months. All windows are also fitted with privacy screens.

A small convenience store with fresh bread and rolls is about 50 m away. Restaurants are within sight and only about 150 m away.
The nearest beaches are right nearby at Norderhafen; a central swimming area with access to the water and a shower is located near the spa center, right next to the apartment building. Additional beaches can be found in Holmer Siel (4 km) and Fuhlehörn (3.8 km) and are easily accessible by bike.

Are you looking for wellness and relaxation during your vacation in Nordstrand? At the Nordstrand Health Center, right across from your accommodations, a complete wellness package awaits you. Here, you can unwind while swimming or enjoying a wonderful mud bath with Nordstrand mud.
