A small maritime duplex apartment surrounded by nature, with a large property, invites you to linger. The Bolshaus is a former farm that was converted into a vacation home in the 1970s. It features a total of 15 vacation apartments, 8 of which are available to guests. Surrounded by nature, between Morsumkoog and Elisabeth-Sophien-Koog, you can leave everyday life behind and enjoy your vacation on the park-like grounds spanning over 4,000 m².
The small (30 m²), maritime-style duplex apartment is located on the upper and attic floors of the Bolshaus and is equipped for 2 people. It also features a 10 m² balcony.
The apartment has been completely renovated and lovingly refurnished. It features vinyl flooring in the living and sleeping areas. It includes a kitchenette with a sink, 2 stovetop burners, a mini-oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and blender.
Two lounge chairs and two bicycles are available for use in the ground-level basement. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price.
Note: Both the staircase in the building’s hallway and the one inside the apartment are steeper than usual. The vacation home is located in the heart of the Wadden Sea Nature Reserve.
Right next door is the Alpakahöfle, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll. Not far away is the supervised Holmer Siel beach, where sunseekers and swimmers can relax or dip their feet in the mudflats.
Water sports enthusiasts can also enjoy themselves there. The restaurant “Zum Strandkorb,” located right on Holmer Siel, always has a tasty treat in store.
