The host never reached out about the exact location of the reception and did not have the property set up for 4 people. The room had ants and the door lock battery was low which made it difficult to unlock the door. Although the hotel staff are all very polite, we won’t be staying at this property again.

Selve lejligheden var utrolig fin. Desværre er placering lidt ærgelig, hvis man gerne vil sove om natten. Jeg tænker den er perfekt, hvis man kommer til byen for at feste om natten og sove om dagen. Larmen fra nogle af byens restauranter og værtshuse til langt ud på natten var træls. Da temperaturen var over 25 grader om dagen var åbne vinduer nødvendigt både dag og nat. Så det var svært at undgå larmen. Super ærgeligt da lejligheden både indretnings mæssigt og placering er helt fint.

Super lækker lejlighed lige i centrum af byen og tæt på det koncertsted vi havde billetter til. Bonus at der var levende musik overfor, så vi kunne sidde på altanen og nyde den. Heldigvis var der en P-plads til os, men vi kunne have risikeret ikke at finde en da der ikke er garanteret parkering til alle lejligheder. Det var lidt en stressfaktor for vores ophold.

Der var ikke rengjort i sofaen mellem hynderne. Indtjekningen var ikke i orden, vi havde ikke modtaget besked, som annonceret og måtte ringe dagen før om alt var som det skulle være og fik oplyst, at det var det, men måtte ringe til hotellet ved ankomst, da vi ikke havde fået oplyst op kode til døren som lovet dagen før ved henvendelsen. Så oplevelsen ved indtjekningen var dårlig.

Husk at tjekke op på at få tilsendt link til betaling af ophold og kode før ankomst - det måtte der rykkes for hos en venlig medarbejder :-) Kode til døren er en fin ting. Jeg kunne dog se andre som også havde booket ferielejlighed havde udfordringer med at få tastatur aktiveret og derefter indtastet koden, så der blev adgang til lejligheden. Lejlighed er rigtig fin og der er god beliggenhed i forhold til byens aktiviteter i centrum. Der er gode indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden. Kort afstand til spisesteder i byen. Lejligheder kan absolut anbefales.

Betaling: Ta vare på kvittering slik at en kan dokumentere, hvis en har betalt for rommet. Fikk en aha opplevelse da det viser seg at Plesner hotel har tatt betaling to ganger for leiligheten. Der det fra deres side er opplyst at de kun har registrert ett trekk/betaling. Noe kontoutskriften viser ikke stemmer. Har brukt en uke nå med frem og tilbake med sende dokumentasjon til Hotels.com og de skulle ta dette videre med overnattingsstedet. Så dette var det som var negativ opplevelse for meg. Ellers var leiligheten bra.
