Your vacation apartment is located on the first floor of our house. The bright and well-equipped apartment measures 65 square meters and is ideal for 2 to a maximum of 5 people.

It features two separate, spacious bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm), the other with two comfortable single beds (100x200 cm). The open and spacious living area invites you to relax. Integrated into the space is a well-equipped kitchen island. It includes, among other things, an oven with a matching ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, and plenty of dishes. Adjacent to the living area is the large rooftop terrace with a view over the rooftops of Nordheim and the Escherndorfer Lump vineyard. It is furnished with outdoor furniture for enjoying a glass or two of Franconian wine al fresco.

The bathroom, with a shower and toilet, will more than meet your needs.
