Deeply disappointing

This place is not what the ad says. The apartment is another apartment with different furniture etc. See photos. On top of that we were informed about that the apartment was on the groundfloor. When we arrived we were met with steep stairs and an apt on the first floor. The headline in the ad says "terrace" when we arrived we were met with a door to the terrace without a handle. We asked the landlord and were told that the terrace was not to be used. We got in touch with both hotels.com and belvilla to no avail and are now home, deeply disappointed at the treatment we´ve got. No replies. No apologies. We were given an apartment that didn´t match neither the photos nor the description. They are happy to take our money but they don´t provide the service. Shame on you!

War soweit alles in Ordnung. Alles sauber und eine gemütliche Einrichtung. Hier und da fehlten Küchenutensilien aber das ging :) Hatten einen guten Aufenthalt!
