Enjoy the breathtaking view of the picturesque village of Pedreira and the Atlantic Ocean as far as the eye can see. The house features fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, etc.), a cozy living and dining area with a wood-burning stove, a dining area for 4 people, a comfortable couch, a stereo system, an internet-enabled TV, and a bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and equally breathtaking ocean views. In front of the terrace—which is equipped with sun loungers, a grill, and a large dining table—there is also a hot tub with a shower and a beautiful ocean view. There is a parking space directly behind the house; however, the road is relatively narrow and steep and requires some skill to navigate. Additional parking spaces are located about 50 meters below the house, where you can park conveniently along the road.
